Rental Policies
We’re so excited to help you style your event without the price tag! To keep our rentals affordable, accessible, and in great condition for every customer, we kindly ask that all clients review the following rental policies before booking.
Rental Period
- Standard rental period is up to 3 Days unless otherwise discussed.
- Extended rental periods may be available for an additional fee based on availability.
Pickups & Returns
- Pickup and return times will be arranged at the time of booking.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring rented items fit safely and securely in their vehicle during transport
- Late returns may result in additional rental fees.
Linen Rentals
- A mandatory $25 linen care fee applies to all linen rentals.
- This fee covers laundering, steaming, inspection, and preparation of all linen items.
- Linens must be returned free of excessive food debris.
- Additional replacement or damage fees may apply for burns, wax, mildew, permanent staining, or excessive damage.
